The foam padding is the highest quality for support and comfort available today. Our standard foam core is designed to support client weights up to 250lbs. We offer our Pinnacle Plus mattress core that is recommended for clients up to 450lbs. All Derby Mattress products are certified to be California Technical Bulletin 129 and 603 compliant.
